At ICE Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
